Do you know how important a liver is? Can you imagine what will happen if our liver is damaged? Liver is considered as the chemical plant of the body because it performs and regulates a number of high-volume biochemical reactions requiring specialized tissues. Among its major functions include glycogen storage, plasma protein synthesis, and drug detoxification. This organ also secretes the enzymes known as bile which plays a critical role in the digestion process. This fluid helps in absorption in the small intestine. Furthermore, the liver is regarded as the second largest organ in the body, of course next to skin. However, this is also our largest gland. A common adult human liver usually weighs between 1.3 to 3 kilograms. It is a soft, pinkish-brown "boomerang shaped" organ.
According to a specialist from Germany, there are certain diseases that the liver can acquire. Among these diseases are hepatitis or the inflammation of the liver caused by virus, cirrhosis or the formation of fibrous tissue in the liver, hemochromatosis, cancer of the liver or hepatocellular carcinoma or cholangiocarcinoma, Wilson's disease, primary sclerosing cholangitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, Budd-Chiari syndrome, and Gilbert's syndrome. There are also pediatric liver diseases which include biliary atresia, alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, alagille syndrome, and progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis.

Since I eat different varieties of food everyday, I have always been wondering how to cleanse and bring back to normal state my internal organs like the liver. I strongly believe that cleansing helps me maintain physically healthy life. But the alternatives available out there may not be that effective at all unless we take a bunch of care while doing such options.
Until I heard of liver cleanse which is dubbed as an effective option for liver flush. The process itself seems not easy to do as its ingredients include four tablespoons of Epsom salts, eight ornithine capsules, one cup of olive oil and lemons. Gee, I just can't take olive oil that is pretty saturating. However, I did not have a choice for I knew this process won't only improve my inner health, but boost my mental health as well.
After the process, I noticed a great improvement on my problem with digestion. In addition, my health seemed to be in great shape as the process helped ease some health-related problems. What is really great about this process is the feeling that one gets after the process itself. I felt more energetic and looked a little younger. How does such sound to you? So, if you want to become rejuvenated, try liver cleanse, a helpful alternative for liver flush.

I have always wondered how we could detoxify or cleanse our livers. There are many ways to flush out the toxins from our stomach, but how about the liver? The liver is an essential part of our body. Once it's damaged it can cause several health setbacks for us. This setback may very well result to cancer in the liver. The best way to avoid liver cancer is to detoxify our livers and live a healthy life. If you have vices, you better find immediate alternatives for your addiction. You'll never know when the cancer would strike.
The best solution for liver detoxification is coffee enema. This should regularly be taken by liver cancer patients. Coffee enema may very well be a substitute for your regular brewed coffee intake. It's a "herbalogical remedy" that is strongly recommended by alternative medicine doctors and holistic professionals. It effectively cleanses the liver because it carries out the toxins from the bile acid. The palmitates found in the enzymes of coffee help carry out the wastes from the liver. The coffee enema also cleans out the lower colon as well as the gastro-intestinal tract. So, drinking coffee won't just perk you up, it would also clean out your liver. This is highly suggested for the liver cancer patients and for everybody else who needs some liver cleansing.

There an average pf more than 16,500 cases of liver cancer incidence reported in the US each year. About 75% of these cases affect the male population. This high incidence in males can be directly correlated with alcohol consumption and high fat diet. Alcohol and saturated fats are processed with the aid of liver bile. Alcohol and fats also directly bind with the cells of the liver. The large concentration of alcohol and fat in the blood stream damage the liver and gall bladder. Although alcohol may not directly trigger liver cancer, it may cause cirrhosis which is a risk factor of liver cancer. Other risk factors are chronic hepatitis and liver flukes. Vinyl chloride is also directly linked to liver cancer.
Like diabetes mellitus disease, the health maintenance and possible treatment of liver cancer can be done using alternative remedies. Liver flush is one alternative remedy that can detoxify the liver. Three days prior to liver flush, it is recommended to take apple juice. The malic acid in apple juice dissolves and softens gallstones. Before liver flush, you should not eat any fatty foods.

You need to purge your liver of gallstones for many reasons, one of them being that the simple process alone improves digestion and the other being that this clears out the toxins from your body as well as eliminates allergy. Bacteria are said to attach to gallstones and over time these accumulate in the bile duct resulting in various infections of the liver as well as the adjacent internal organs.
Experts recommend cleansing the liver two times a year but you would have to consult your doctor for this. However, there are non-surgical methods such as mixing pure virgin olive oil, grapefruits or lemons, water, magnesium salts (Epsomite), and a cup of classic coke for flavor. Some procedures may entail complicated scheduling--you will need to take care not to take any medication as well as eat a breakfast and lunch with no fat ingredient, enabling the high pressure to eliminate more stones. A procedure quite complex, indeed, but well worth the effort.

What the heck is a liver flush? That was my reaction when my friend asked me if I ever did anything like it before. Up to that point, the only flushes I knew were in the powder room and in poker.
Forgiving my ignorance, my friend then proceeded to tell me all about the wonders of the liver rush. Its a fairly simple procedure, can be done by almost anybody and best of all, can be done in the comfort of your own home! And believe me, based on my friend's testimony, you'll need the comforts of home!
The liver flush is intended to detoxify your liver, and most especially your gall bladder. The liver processes a lot of our body's toxins; it makes sense, therefore, to have it cleanded once in a while, and proponents of the liver flush recommend doing it twice a year.
To begin a liver flush, my friend drank two glasses of organic apple juice every two hours. She did this for two days, while eating only fruits and vegetables. At the end of the two days, she drank two tablespoonfuls of Epsom salts mixed in water, and finished the day with half a cup of olive oil mixed with lemon juice.
After hearing the last part, my mind went "eeew!" at the thought of drinking olive oil. But there was more to come. Much more.
She then told me that the morning after she really felt the urge to do "number two" and as she did, she passed a large number of small gallstones of dark green color, presumably all the stored toxins in her liver and gall bladder. This went on for quite some time, but to her, the results were incredible. She claimed that she's never felt better, and more energetic.
This liver flush thing is quite intriguing, I'll give you that. Maybe I'll try it someday, if they decide to make fruit-flavored olive oil.
