There are many
herbal medicines that have been introduced to a lot of cancer patients and who have also been promising them cure from their ailments. There have not been many clinical tests to prove that these all work. One example of these herbal medicines claiming to be able to cure cancer is Chaparral.
This desert shrub is native to Mexico and Southwestern US. The ability of this plant to suppress the growth of other seeds it considers as possible threat to its own growth is perhaps the reason why some people consider it a possible cure for cancer. It might be able to inhibit the growth of tumors inside the body. Chaparral is believed to contain ingredients that might be able to strengthen a person's
immune system with polysaccharides.
Although there haven't been much clinical tests to prove that this can actually prevent the growth of tumors in the body, there are still people who ingest this plant in the hopes of
curing their diseases.
